One of the toughest events in the world of sports, more than 2,200 athletes will compete in the Ford IronMan Coeur d' Alene Triathlon. Athletes begin their day at 7:00am and have until midnight to complete the course.

Route of the Hiawatha
Winding through 10 tunnels and 7 high trestles, this 15-mile route crosses the Bitterroot Mountains between Idaho and Montana. The "crown jewel" of rail-to-trail mountain bicycle trails, generally open late May through early October.
